Thrive Athlete is created by two dedicated and certified trainers. Tim McGrath, the owner of Thrive Gym, trainer and fitness enthusiast; and Joe Pollio, a trainer, fitness coach and workout fanatic.
Together with their vast knowledge in fitness and nutrition, these guys teamed up to bring affordable, coaching to everyone – no matter the age, or experience.
By joining our 12 Week Challenge, you receive on-going training videos and workout demos, nutritional guidance, a groupchat for community support, and readily available coaches for questions and advice.
